Hello Jerry,
FYI, the straphanger 12/24 conversion was Rollei original equipment! It
had part number SK1948. There was also a Rollei bulletin (#52) issued to
repair people on how to install this part (I just found this).
Looks like Bernie the Photographer won the "e-bay road rage" contest.
