As of my last printed material (about 1978) the rollei screens were called "Rolleiclears" and were standard on at least the 3.5F and the 2.8F.  There were two versions, one with a center microprism grid, the other with a small center "rangefinder" wedge.  My Tele-Rollei came with the latter, which I disliked and replaced with the microprism.

"Rolleigrid" may have been another product entirely.
