I'm not enough of an expert to see anything special about it.  Just looks like an early 2.8F with a rolleikin installed, and with no 120/220 capability.  

I've seen very clean 2.8F's go this high on ebay, but not lately. It is sort of interesting that most of the bids (24 at the time I looked) were from two bidders, and most of those from one.  Seems like two people seriously think they want it.
