[Rollei] X-Act experiences

I'm thinking of going for one of these weird things in the future and was
wondering about any experiences others in the list might've had.
One of the points I'd could well take as a con is the price, almost double
the price of the equivalent Hassy thing and almost the same as a quite good
arrange like the Linhof M679...

I'll appreciate any of you, who have played and/or worked with any of the
three toys of above to tell some thing, be it whatever it'd be.
