Re: [Rollei] Rollei 35 specific list?

Someone (Roger Wiser, I think?) has already mentioned
http://www.rolleicamera.com as a source of info for
the Rollei 35 - they also sell an adaptor to use
silver 76 cells (1.5V) by dropping the voltage to
1.35V. See here:
http://www.rolleicamera.com/sales-batt-adapt.htm
I've not used one of these myself - yet - I've still
got a spare mercury cell for my 35S (which I adore
despite, or perhaps because of its quirkiness) and/or
XF35 (which is my favourite "family snapshot" camera).
Incidentally, (there's always an "incidentally" in my
posts!), does anyone know much/anything about the 40mm
f2.3 Sonnar as fitted to the XF35? I know that the
same camera was available in Voigtlander guise with a
Voigtlander-branded lens of the same specification,
and I'm wondering if the Sonnar was actually a Zeiss
design or "merely" a Rollei evolution of it?

Finally, I don't think I've thanked everyone for the
Mutar views - so thanks, everyone, and I think I'll go
for it.

Nick
