There is Jurgen Kuchnik in Thousand Oaks, CA, who is mentioned in Evan's book.
You can find his advertising in the back pages of the Shutterbug. Both
him and Fleenor worked at the El Segundo Rollei service facility. 
Moreover, he's young enough to keep working on my SL66 and TLR's until
my daughters get them, and a little beyond.
