  An addendum. Kodak made "Series" size filters and adaptors
in  the following sizes:
Series IV  =  13/16"
       V   =  1-3/16"
       VI  =  1-5/8"
       VII =  2"
       VIII=  2-1/2"
       IX  =  3-1/4

For larger lenses filters were supplied in either square
glass in sizes of 2x2" 3x3' and 4x4" and in gelatin squares
in many sizes to quite large sheets.
  Glass square filters were offered in two qualities of
glass, A glass for best quality, B glass for general use.
