I have a Tiffen #522-G Adapter ring for Bay II to Series #5.  It most 
definitely will cause vignetting.  I've often wondered what the 
designer/producer of this adapter had in mind. It's useable with a 
push-on Series VI adapter.

Bay III?  I have a rubber-hooded adapter to 49mm.  No brand name on it, 
made in Japan. Neat and useful!
