Oh, I recognized that David!  Sure hope that neither you, nor anyone 
else thot i was being critical of your post, i definitely was not!  I 
just felt like making a comment, because i've agonized in the past over 
all this temperature criticality, and finally came to the conclusion 
that  i should "eat more ketchup, with it's naturally mellowing 
agents".  Ken Owen, another superb representative of JOBO USA, once 
told me long ago something to the effect that the more thermometers one 
has, the more temperatures he will have to deal with.
