I'm sorry. I meant "mount" as in:
A) "a contraption to hold one or more lens elements in such a way that they
are in a spaced optical alignment in accordance with the design of the
compound optical lens"
and not "mount" as in:
B) "a mechanism for securing a lens mount as described in A) to a suitable
support".
The Zeiss Tessars are in a different "type A) mount" than the Zeiss-Opton
Tessars.
Though they indeed do share the "type B) mount".
