Could it be that SK came out of WWII more whole? Zeiss high ups were
west and most workers east, Zeiss was having troubles getting things
back up to standards, it does take time build up the skill of new
workers? Then again maybe the SK design while close to the Zeiss
desings was a bit easier to produce?
