You can buy a screen and do it yourself.  They are easy to install in
the F series.  Get a Maxwell screen, they are the best.

I've just purchased an F series TLR and I'm considering a Beattie or
Maxwell screen to help my *over-40 eyes*. Is screen replacement
something a user can easily do or should I give my friendly repair guy a
call.
