No, the T already has a large enough knob.
B'sides that, most Rolleicords have the focus knob on the right
side and hence are calibrated in different direction.
Think about it, clockwise turning on right side for closer focusing
and counter-clockwise on left side for closer focusing.
Fifty years ago, I machined up a number of large and larger knobs
for Burleigh Brooks. The large knobs had a set screw to hold them
on. The larger ones had spring loaded ball bearings to snap them
on the existing knobs. B-B would punch out the leather in the cases
to accomodate the large knobs. The larger ones just snapped on
and off.
I wish that I could find some of those knobs!
