The D have larger wheels for the speed/aperture settings, EVS system,  and 
metal locks for the shutter button and sync cable. The C has plastic ones. 
The 2,8 D is like the 3,5 MX-EVS but with the 2,8 Planar/Xenotar lens 
instead.

The 3,5 Planar is sharper and contrastier than the 2,8.
