[Rollei] SCA 356 Problems

I just recently bought a used SCA 356 module; and a new SCA 356 module 
from Marflex..The used one when attached to my 6006 will light up the 
green led in the camera reguardless of if the camera or flash is turned 
on or off; also, the green led will not flash after a ttl shot;;; am I 
correct in thinking the used module is bad??jh
