[Rollei] Egypt

G'day Andre,
Well thanks for the comments, actually I've been to Egypt and like you
found the people very interesting and friendly -- sad to see some of their
countrymen starting a tourist war :-(
If you would like to see some of my Rollei shots in Egypt, they are still
on my home page from November -- I hope to update on the first of Feb with
a new series.

These shots were taken with a 3.5F which was very useful in capturing fine
portraits, as most did not recognize the camera as anything but a curiosity
;-) Helen has just done my b/w shots up into an exhibition which runs down
the hallway at our house. I'd forgotten how "good" some of the shots were,
and if I can dig out the negs, might be able to set them up on the web as a
"people of Egypt" series, though scanning 6x6 negs is a bit tricky, and the
prints are now beautifully mounted on my wall - perhaps you could visit ;-)
