True, but the 6008 integral requires that the SCA 356 adapter be set to
iso 100 all the time since the iso is controlled by the magazine. Now the
manual also says that "flash fill" can be controlled by using the exposure
compensation switch between -1/3 and -4 2/3 EV, but experimentation (and
discussion with another integral user) has confirmed that this is AMBIENT
FILL, not flash fill (as we think of the flash output as being x stops under
ambient, as to fill in shadows for outdoor portraiture under bright sunlight),
as the shutter speed in the viewfinder increases as I turn the exposure comp.
knob more negative, as if I were dialing in a positive (+EV)
exposure compensation.
It seems to me that the only way to get flash fill on the integral is NOT to
use TTL, ie, to use the flash in auto mode for the given subject distance
and set the iso higher than the actual film's iso. Is there any other way?
I'm not sure what happens if I set the SCA356 adapter's iso dial in the method
Bob suggested...nothing?
