Looking for BayII to Series Adapters

If anyone can help in trying to locate any manufacturers BayII to Series
Adapters for my Rollei 3.5.

It would be greatly appreciated since I purchased a BayI to Series V
adapter made in Japan this last week.
This won't work for my 3.5.
